Banco Credicoop (Cooperative Bank Limited Credicoop) was founded in 1979 with the merger of 44 cooperative banks, some of which had been in operation for over 60 years. It is now the largest cooperative bank in Latin America with over 670,000 members, 255 subsidiaries and 22 service centers across Argentina. Its personal banking services include savings and investments, loans, day-to-day accounts and insurance. It also offers the only cooperative credit card in Argentina.
